1. Communicate requirements

The sales person confirms the customer's requirements, and the designer conducts the ID design based on the product design requirements document, finalizes the PCBA circuit, and submits the design draft quote to the customer.

After confirmation, customer pay sample and develop cost according to the PI.These will take about one week. 

2. 3D sample confirmation

The designers carry out the structural design and provide functional samples with 3D casing to the customers for testing and confirmation. 

3. Mold making

After customer confirms and pay,mold will be made . The mold will take about 45 days in generally , then the shell confirmation.

4. Order production

After the mold is confirmed, the customer places an order for production. The material preparation cycle is about 20 days. During this period, the customer confirmed the package design and the transportation. Then the assembly and production usually take about 10 days.
